Start low and go slow.
First time = test run, not full mission. You can always go up, but you cant undo it 💨

If you are totally new, I’d start super low around 2.5 to 5mg and gve it plenty of time to kick in before taking more.

Trust me, you don’t wanna overdo it on your first try 😂 Start with 5mg, chill, and see how it feels first.

Yeah, 5mg is a safe strt, bt everyone reacts differently. I’d rather take a little more later than end up way too high on the first try 😅.
